Therapeutic Framework and clinical orientation.

An integrative and relational approach, adapted to each person's needs.

Clinical orientation

An integrative, relational and evidence-informed approach.

In practice, this orientation incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and humanistic approaches, allowing therapeutic work to be adapted to each person's needs and therapeutic aims. Psychodynamic approaches help explore the underlying roots and meanings of psychological difficulties over time, while CBT can help reduce symptoms and distress in a structured and focused way, often bringing relatively rapid relief. Humanistic approaches support self-understanding, emotional expression and personal meaning.

My clinical work is framed within an evidence-based integrative model, strongly informed by psychodynamic and relational thinking. This supports a deeper understanding of the roots of current difficulties.

Therapeutic models

During sessions, particular attention is given to patterns, meaning and relational processes.

Therapy may also draw on established therapeutic models according to each person's needs, including Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), Attachment-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), used flexibly according to the person and the therapeutic process.

Alongside therapeutic work, it is also possible to engage in psychodynamic and depth-oriented exploratory work focused on underlying patterns, meanings and relational dynamics beyond specific techniques or structured interventions.
